2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Provider's Obligations (MoganHaberme): To provide services according to the agreed description, with professionalism and in compliance with industry standards. The information provided within the courses is educational in nature and does not constitute a guarantee of a specific result for the client.

User's/Client's Obligations: To provide complete and correct information necessary for the provision of services. To use the materials and acquired knowledge legally and ethically, in accordance with all applicable regulations regarding data security and intellectual property.

3. Limitation of Liability

MoganHaberme assumes no liability for indirect, consequential, or business damages resulting from the use of the services or information provided. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the respective service. Our consulting and audit services do not constitute a guarantee against all vulnerabilities or cybersecurity incidents.

4. Payment Terms and Policies

Prices are communicated in advance and are invoiced according to the agreement. For courses, access is granted after confirmation of full payment. No refunds are offered for consulting services or courses that have begun, except in cases expressly provided by law. Any changes to rates will be communicated with prior notice.

5. Termination of Use

The client may terminate the collaboration according to the terms of the individual contract. MoganHaberme reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services or the platform in case of violation of these terms, fraudulent use, or non-compliance with financial obligations.

6. Modification of Terms
